Today it's one clerk with 15 people in line..
Slow.
Usually only two window clerks.
Always at least 10 people inside making transactions with only one or two tellers available. As busy as it is they should have more staff working. Drive thru not available.

I absolutely hate Bank of America especially this location. It should not be a charge for me to send my money. It is stupid that i can electronically send to a company just becuase there isnt a phone number for the account. So waited 30 minutes to see an agent who couldnt help then waited another 30 minutes to see a teller to get a cashiers check becuase they only have 2 tellers in the bank and apparently are having computer problems. Its always something with this terrible bank that closes at 4pm. Yet boats you can do everything online and from our app. That is bull poop.
