How to begin? The lady with the shaved head (I believe she is the manager) treats her staff like dirt as well as the fact that she is rude to customers. I have many league friends that have said she has no idea what she is doing and have been told by her that she would be quitting soon. If she doesn't want the job that bad, why is she even there?! I also watched her take a picture of a customer's receipt with credit card information on it. I proceeded to look up AMF Humble Lanes on snapchat and the picture of the receipt had been posted publicly to the snapchat story. She is always on her phone whenever I go there to bowl. I must say though, the other new manager (tall guy with brown hair) was very kind and very professional. However, I have heard since that he was let go? The place is dirty. I have seen many employees come and go the past few months and it is no wonder why seeing who runs the place. It is sad that employees themselves complain about the manager to customers due to how badly they are treated. All around unprofessional and too immature to handle running a business!
If I could I would give no stars.Over priced food and drinks. Staff is no where to be found and when found is rude and ugly. Go somewhere else.
Bowling is really affordable and the special pricing days, even more so... if you can get a lane on $2 Tuesdays after 8pm. Food was good. Could be cleaner.
This place sucks, staff is slow really slow. Food gets out cold, prices are way too high, wasn't even busy, never will come back. Should be shut down.
Unfortunately, we live in an age where posting our daily lives on social media is "cool". My teenage son and I came to bowl a few games...the general manager was very snobby, acted as if she was better than her own customers, was not friendly whatsoever. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. my son was taking pictures. My son then showed me the horrendous snapchat pictures and videos that were posted publicly to the AMF story. It is quite a shame that AMF would hire a manager that cares more about posting her whereabouts and daily life on social media than customer service. With horrendous language involved and the posting of credit card information, it is unusual that this manager is considered mature enough for a management position. Will definitely be contacting corporate about this immature woman. I have heard so many nasty stories about her from both league bowlers and friends that have bowled here. Something needs to be done. Until then, we will not be returning.
