They will repossess your car without telling you. My friend was a cash payer and they sent someone to take his car while out of town. The car insurance they setup for him was cancelled by the insurance company. Nobody informed him. I will post what they did to resolve this in a follow up review. Not cool to repossess a car without telling them and preventing people from going to work or coming to the dealership to make an arranged payment.
I had a great experience with Butler Direct and the staff. The front lady is so respectful and positive. The issue with some of the folks that go here don't understand the concept of being able to come to a place like this. It is like you get a second chance from all your finances. Me and my husband are so happy to be a part of them, So is my son . He is so happy with his new Hummer !!! THANK YOU BUTLER DIRECT !!!!
I purchased a car it was towed and they stole over $500 worth of my product from my car. The owner Don admitted that he uses the same guy to clean out the cars for years, clains he tgrows away trash but put a half full coffee cup 8n the garbage bag with my belongings..they stole product out of boxes and left the empty boxes..and left only bronze(dark) colored foundations out of $700 in product....but the ownee referred to a "clause" that protects them against theft claims. "Dont leave valuables in your car". I sell makeup, I have to have it with me to sell it. They are just very bad people that don't care about people they just want money and makeup too obviously. BBB reporr being placed. Harvey hit me, now this dealership.
The Auto Butler is an amazing place to shop for a new vehicle, they are willing to work with you no matter what your situation is and are understanding of any issues you may have. I will definitely be suggesting them to my friends and family in the future.
