Associates were very helpful and courteous in placing us in the type of vehicle wee needed.
Horrible experience, they took my $50 deposit and said i would get it refunded once I returned my vehicle. I returned the vehicle and get charged more money instead of getting my refund. I call multiple times to get put in hold and they never picked up. 3 weeks later I call and they finally picked up, get told I'm not getting my refund back and I'm only getting $19. This place isn't family owned if it was they wouldn't be robbing me from my money.

Not satisfied with the service and behavior. I was over charged for the options which were optional but explained to me as mandatory . when i re-verified on the website they all were optional. when i asked them to return the over charged amount they said not possible. be careful when you visit this center, you must be very clear on all the paid options and must recheck the generated bill before renting car. if possible record the conversation , most of the time they lie what they said.
