I left Mr car wash today in my green Chevy avalanche I put a $5 tip in vacuum station box the vacuum guy unscrews plastic antenna that does not come out because its plastic some how he screws it off doesn't even vacuum the carpet I had to urinate but when I get back to the window his sitting in my truck rummaging through console flipping windshield wipers on and off like his stole it ram it in gear no brakes , first and very last I take my vehicle here black guy pushes some button on car electric panel pushes some button then the Mexican guy drives it out of car wash and parks it at wiping station wipes windshield leaves it off for 20 or 30 minutes then a black guy gets in it looking for keys in sun visor & stomps on gas peddle turning key moves my truck 4 feet up doesn't know how to drive because he puts in park before his sitting in cab trying get all AC cool off or some thing but his cab for no reason , smearing oil and dirt from the dirty rag his using to smear on windshield after Mexican just wiped it down his acting like his wiping it literally just wasted my time and damaged my vehicle don't let them touch your vehicle this jerks are bad I gave him a tip so he would get away from truck . Don't take your vehicle here this guys want to damage your Truck , DRIVE it like they stole it and THEN wipe with dirty rags and act like they want a tip. I"M suffering now cause what he did to my truck we can't figure out and it's too hot outside to look in the engine , this Mr Car Wash people left my Chevy smelling like Rotting FEET and ass , the steering is all mess'ed up he unscrewed antenna that doesn't come off . It's plastic antenna you do NOT TAKE OFF THE TRUCK YOU people are the worst and I"m going to upper management to Remedy you damaging my TRUCK! you piece of garbage ,Mr car wash .,
My wife and i take our personal vehicles here for car wash and oil change. Drove in with my ram 3500 that i use for work and wanted just the dash doors and floor wiped down in the driver compartment and the manager quoted me 60 bucks. What a rip off. Left and found another location that gave me great service for 20 bucks. Sorry mr car wash you lost me. Never will return again. Not even for air freshener.
I got an oil change and a free car wash along with it. The lady at the lube station was pretty nice. When I got to the car wash the lady at the front was kind of short with me. But the people that washed my washed my car did a great job. Will be back at this location.
