Dr. Carroll is a good listener and attractive to her patients. Gives good advice. She does all that is humanly possible for her patients. Good bless you in all that you do

Apparently the Medical Records dept. Is never open because one person decides to keep taking the day off and no one else is "able" to help you. On top of that it's only open Wed-Friday. No help whatsoever.
i have to take my grandma to the emergency room just for her ashma medicine to be refilled when she has a dr here ‘dr. winn doesn’t seem to be helping my grandma out at all with her medication & i also went in with my gma juat to see dr winn she wasnt bery attentive & she send things she should be doing through the social worker brandy sorry dr winn im not likeing you to much hope to find a NEW BETTER DR for my grandma.
