Sold 2 phones to them an old samsung infuse and LG flex 2, got 100 in cash and $26 in store credit. They usually only have cash to buy items on the weekend, because a lot of ppl do sell to them and most people buy with cards so they usually don't have cash on hand during the weekdays to buy from you.

You know, I don't know what to say. When I tried to cash my old phone, they looked really closely and they told me they couldn't because there was a crack on top of the headphone jack. Literally, it takes a magnifying glass to barely even see it. Then, I got a Toshiba computer for nearly $300 from there, and they didn't even bother to clean it. So when I pick it up, it feels really greasy, and it's so hard to type and use the trackpad, even when I tried to clean it.
I will never go back here for anything
They buy stolen phones at the customers expense. Phone shut off while on an out of state trip because a block was put on it. Instead of refunding the money back to your card or with cash they make refund you with store credit forcing you to do business with an incompetent sales team. Also threatened to kick me out because I told them they need to do better than that. Which is completely uncalled for. This place won't last. They'll get shut down for shady business tactics. Don't buy a phone here.

I brought in a Galaxy Note 4 into the CEX in Humble TX The young man behind the counter told me CEX would purchase the phone from me for $75.00 with the charger. I didn't have the charger with me so the next day after a 20 mile drive back with the charger he then opened the back off the phone and told me he needs the oregenal battery. Im frustrated now why didn't he tell me this the first time i came in the day before. now after another drive back with the oregenal battery he looks at the phone and tells me theirs a problem with the screen. why didn't he check out the phone the first time i came in
