Over priced and average quality arrangements at best. They have issues with their ability to deliver in a timely manor. Owner is very condensending and could absolutely use a training course in customer service. I will be taking my money elsewhere from hear on out and so should you.
I wanted to send a nice plant and a favorite drink (diet Sunkist) to one of our colleagues and they didn't even flinch at my request. They were extremely helpful in helping me decide exactly which plant I wanted to send and very courteous. I spoke with at least two people, of which both had an awesome attitude for this wonderful rainy Friday that we're having. Thanks to both of you for loving what you do and being good at it. I will absolutely be using them again and letting others in my area know how great they are.

The owner is friendly and she remembers me every time I come in (shame on me for not remembering her name). Deliveries are on time and flowers are great. Asked for lilies once and she said no... Not because they did not have them, but they were getting a new shipment the next day and would be better/fresher/prettier then. Honest good florist shop.
From their website I was going to choose the Deal of the Day but was unsure what I was getting for the money. So I went into the shop to pick out an arrangement for our 30 Year Wedding Anniversary which falls on Valentine's Day. Staff was very friendly and helpful in showing me the types of flowers they would use based on my color choices. I was also able to review the vase choices as well. For only $70 plus delivery charge, you can tell by the picture it was a stunning arrangement that made everyone at my wife's job jealous. Even though the delivery window was 9am - 12pm, they made sure it was there first thing in the morning for her to enjoy before getting to busy prepping/serving lunch at the elementary school.
