My kids love coming to Urban Air in Humble. The staff is wonderful, facilities are well maintained, and prices are very reasonable. I like the fact that kids can start jumping as soon as they arrive instead of having to wait until their designated time to jump (like at Sky Zone). Also kids are not limited to specific areas and can go anywhere (with exception to the 7 years and under zone). The facility is an excellent source of proprioceptive input for my 6-year old autistic son. For those kiddos with sensory concerns, the facility is well spread out enough that crowding is not an issue and the music isn’t too loud.
I love Urban Air Humble! Their party room is spacious and clean. The entire facilities are clean and well supervised. Our host Olivia has been exceptional in taking care of our party and needs. I will definitely recommend this location to our friends and family. Thanks Urban Air!
Have taken my son to this location on multiple occasions including birthday parties and we have a blast every single time, signing in or up is fast and convinent. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is great at doing all that is needed to ensure the child’s safety. FUN PLACE !
NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS PLACE. Booked a party for my 5 year old son online. It was easy but then I was double charged, when I called they couldn't find any payment made and my party wasn't booked. I had to email bank statements. I was then refunded the extra 150 that was charged and then my party was booked. I emailed the party coordinator my pizza order she confirmed 3 pizzas, the day of the party they said they had me down for a total of 5. No wrong again, so then they fix it and i go to check out and the next day I was charged another 150, which was double the amount on my receipt. The party host was amazing but the experience booking and the money taken that shouldn't have been ruined it. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you plan to use cash only and book in person. I definitely will not be visiting urban air ever again.
We had such a wonderful party experience! When we arrived we did not have a party room. Come to find out, it was clearly stated the standard package did NOT include a private room. So that is our fault. (Would recommend they add it in the bullet points). They tried to accommodate us in a room, but none were available. We not only appreciated the effort, but it also worked out well to be able to keep an eye on the kids but close to our stuff. And I cannot say enough about our hostess, Kennedy. She was absolutely amazing!! So helpful, organized and on top of it. The package we purchased was for a shared hostess but you would have never known. Also, management checked on us several times to make sure everything was going ok and if we needed anything. All the kids (of all ages) had a fantastic time!! Only advice I would give is to bring a sharpie to label the bottled waters.
