It's inexpensive. Great service. I get to earn parking at any Parking Spot facility. This is the one time, "you get what you pay for" has a positive connotation!
There have been times because the parking spot shuttles are waiting right outside the terminal E. From the time I step off an international flight, catch the spot shuttle, to when I get home its only 25 minutes!
Not much to say about a parking spot. I drive a truck and there seems to be ample room for it at the covered parking lot. The cost for me for 2 days was cheaper than getting an Uber or Lyft. Plus there are coupons online that you can use. To get picked up from the airport took a long time, it wasn't the 5 minutes schedule that they so advertise. There are 3 types of shuttle, so when you park pay attention to your ticket to see if you are red, blue or black shuttle. Word of advice; call the number on the ticket.
Always use this parking spot. Most of the time the service is good. Just occasionally I have to wait for busses at pickup. The bus tracking app helps though.
Ive been parking at the "original" Parking Spot on Will Clayton since Day one. I enjoy the convenience as its close to home. The speedy, professional and awesome staff.

Given the other reviews, I guess I have to consider myself lucky for the many times I've used The Parking Spot - Will Clayton. Since the lot is relatively small and closest to the airport, it can fill up during peak times. It is a good idea to make a reservation, which is free if you are a member of their loyalty program.
