People are getting this place all wrong. First off, the manager is a little spark plug that keeps that place running smoothly. She comes from around the counter to check the line to make sure you aren't unnecessarily waiting for mail services, if you need passport services, etc. The rest of the staff is as friendly as a postal worker can be. The only thing I'd change, is maybe add another self service kiosk.
Since I was waiting on my key I have just been picking up my mail once a week- ish.
Would give it a zero but can't. Website indicates that they take walk-ins for passports. They don't. "Website needs to be updated". Wouldn't help us. Wonder why they are broke?
This place continues to suck worse everyday. It is incredible how bad the the service is and how rude and slow the people are. If I could unsubscribe from their service, then I would. They are always putting my mail in the wrong box, and I routinely get other people's mail. Just the other day, my neighbor delivered a title to one of my vehicles because it got put in their mailbox. Seriously, they suck so bad.

We have one carrier that simply can't be bothered to ring the doorbell!!? He leaves a slip in the mailbox indicating WE need to pick it up- even if we are home ALL day! I just spent 55 minutes on hold until I reached the 800 # and I filed 2 formal complaints. I will gladly pay extra for UPS or FEDEX. Yesterday he indicated "no safe place to leave packages"! We live in a gated community and all carriers - including USPS - leave their packages on our front porch. Nothing changed- just pure laziness. I also wish o could give negative stars!
I got my mailbox key. So I gave them 3 stars instead of 1.
Today they told me they don't have my key or mail. I am so upset. I wish there was another post office I could use.
