I love the place always fresh fast no long waiting in line I go just about every other day don’t know if it’s healthy or not I love it!!!! I strolled down to look at the other reviews I am so sorry that most of the people had bad experience with this place. I have no complaints at the moment. I’ve never experienced nothing bad there yet. Maybe the bad reviews they received changed them.
The 1 star is for this location. Where to begin? Place closes at 10:30 but kitchen apparently shuts down at 9. With that said you will be limited to very few entrees. Food portions not necessarily small but be prepared to get about 80% veggies. Not the best service around. Trash filled to the top. Employees on their cell phones. I'm sure I'm missing some things but you get the idea. Panda express, up your game please.
First time disappointment. Spent time arguing with 2 people whom couldn't get the order straight, ended up having to pay extra for food that was supposed to be part of each Plate (no, it wasn't the typical extra charge for steak, shrimp, etc), and didn't close the sauce containers so they emptied all over. Staff trying to fulfill orders through walk-in and drive-thru at the same time. Better management, competent staff needed.
Got here at 8:08pm and waited in line for about 10 minutes and finally decided to walk out because rude staff and no fresh options. Staff just walked past the buffet bar and didnt acknowledge us. Rice and noodles were not ready it was a waste of time. Express is not what you get here.
!!!!!!! WORM IN THE PORK !!!!!!!! I live right next to this panda, and eat here often. But TODAY I had one of my worst experiences here. I walked in and the lady asked me if i wanted to try something, I tried the pork, there were 2 WORMS ( white slimy with black spots) hanging out of the pork. I calmly showed it to the lady and asked her what that was. She was like" i don't know" and asked me if i wanted to try another piece. I said no thank you and walked out promising myself never to come back. I told this to a friend and he had a similar story for this same spot. Disgusting!
