I came to get me and my daughter's nails done. My daughter's looked great but Tina totally screwed up mine. The were huge, bulky and looked fake. Cost was more than in Longwood. I asked her to fix it. She said she couldn't. I learned my lesson. Not giving them money again.
Horrible! I know a thing or two about acrylics, I used to do my own, but I've gotten lazy. I came in on a Thursday and Saturday morning I noticed my nails were all already lifting. I still had my receipt and I went back to ask them to fix them. The main lady I don't know her name came up and looked at my nails after I said they were lifting after two days. She proceeds to tell me no your nails are grown out... In two days?! My nails grow very slow, I only have to go once a month to get a fill. I told her my nails didn't grow out in two days, Tina who did my nails put the acrylic all over my skin and that's why they were lifting. She then throws her hand up in the air and walks away. So another lady ended up drilling them and re-doing them, but she just drilled around the cuticle, so you can still see the air pockets in my nails. Horrible customer service. I wasn't even rude. I will not EVER be going back there.
I have never been so disappointed with my nails! Customer service was horrible! I came here because it was a convenient location. I came to treat my niece with powder nails pedicure and eyebrows for her birthday. When we came in, there wasn't any one else in there. They rushed us to pick colors and then sat us on opposite sides of the room. When getting your nails should be a relaxing moment when you can sit and talk with whoever you came with. I asked the man who would be doing my nails if I could sit next to my niece so we could talk while getting our nails done and he said no and proceeded. When he was finished I looked down at my nails and they were all shapes and sizes! I asked if he could fix them and with an attitude he did. By this time my niece was finished and came to sit next to me. I tried showing her something on my phone and he rudely told me I could not be on my phone! When I came to pay they over charged. He said they had a midweek special and he still charged me regular price! I did not even get the pedicure or our eyebrows done! When driving away my nails chipped! So I went back in for them to fix it and he did not say one word to me and covered it up with more powder. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
Been coming here for years, mostly for Pedis. Most of the time they do a good job, depending on who does it. Most of the employees are really nice. I know Tina for sure is awesome. Once i get the rest of their names ill update.
