This facility was a true blessing everyone was super professional and made sure we was taken care of due to the flood.....I sent over half of my street to this facility and they all agreed that customer service was awesome!!!!!!!
Called the office on 10/4/2017 to inquire about pricing . Jasmine was the ladies name and she was so rude. No help at all. I rented somewhere else. I only gave two stars because the website was very helpful. But the lady working there needs more training on proper phone etiquette.

Awesome place! These Public Storage employees know their stuff! Jasmine was very helpful. She took me to see my unit and was very descriptive of the 10x20 I saw. All of them were nice and professional and answered all my questions! Thank you Public Storage on Beltway 8!
I have rented from public storage 3 or 4 different times and location. Each time the facility requires a new lock. These locks are not Specified until you arrive at the facility. This means they will not allow you to rent the storage until you have a designated lock. Plus the mark-up Is usually 3 to 4 times the normal rate. By the way at the Humble location they have no information regarding what type of lock the carry nor where you can find it. If you ask them over the phone. they will say they require a cylinder lock. I called Customer Service and asked everyone in the front office no one knows the dimensions of this lock. So for the third time I was required to buy a lock from Public Storage in order to rent a unit. By the way I have the old lock that I purchased at the previous storage that they don’t except any more. This lock was purchased less than two years ago.
I Rent storage is for the Convenience not the price
As a consumer I don’t mind paying the fees. I would prefer did you warn people instead of using hidden fees.
They Will quote you one price.Once you get to the facility they hit you with a whole different fees including rental and storage locks

Had billing issues but Delisa the property manager help me and was very understanding and professional.She shared ways I could pay and not have to worry about the late fee.I wish the other guy would have share that when I started here!!!!!!!
