3. Picnic tables and a covered area are necessary. Many people stand outside for up to 3 hrs between rides and are exposed to the blazing sun and rain and anything in between.
1. Expand the parking lot. Many cars double and triple park, and it can be frustrating when its time to leave and no one can move. Theres a vacant lot that is much bigger right next to this one that can easily be accessed.
This is a good location but over..over..over crowded very small parking lot for hundreds of drivers for uber and lyft. This needs to be extended to the next lot. Uber and lyft share income for the city. OVER CROWDED!!!
4. Real bathrooms! I can't leave once I'm here without losing my queue. Eventually its possible!
The airport has messed this lot up plus Uber drivers, for some unknown reason, want to spend hours there. Too many eager drivers in a far too small of a place. However, if you're just dying to get a ride from the airport, you must enter this dangerous and stinky place. The airport authority turned this place into a prison. A huge empty lot there that they have barricaded.
Great place to meet new people who are all doing uber and lyft.
I love the idea of a waiting area, but as it grows, it needs lots of improvements.
2. Adjust the handicapped parking spots. I'm sure that even though it is irrelevant in a rideshare parking lot to even have handicapped parking, that it falls under some legal jurisdiction and must be here anyway. But in my experience here, people without physical disabilities that have the plastic disabled card hanging claim to need these designated parking spaces and its just ridiculous. They are in absolutely no advantage parking here, as these spots are not next to the exit. Yet they threaten to call the cops and bully their way into filled parking spots for no reason.
I've been observing everything and am very grateful for those individuals who help with directing traffic and making sure everyone is parking safely and leaving fast. They don't have to do it and they make this lot more enjoyable. We gotta stick together out here!!
HAS need to regulate this lot and empty out all the extra drivers hanging around like school kids in groups being loud and double parking anywhere. Stinks like urine. Help us please. Huber turn off the airport que after 100 cars, so everyone gets a chance for an airport ride.
