I love Kohl's, but this store was a mess. Clothes thrown on shelves, all mixed up. Racks so packed you could see anything. Couldn't find sizes. With the Kingwood stores closed, this store needs to step it up.
It's pretty cool. I went to customer service to pick up order and it was kinda hidden and had to stand in line just to ask where it was, then stood in line again to pick up. Over all it was okay.
In June I bought a pair of dress pants for $53, and recently got a phone call saying I didn't pay it off my kohls account, which I know I paid cash that day. The girl that was working the register that day seemed new because she needed help with my kohls account (she offered me)...
So the guy on the phone told me if I had proof from a receipt I paid it I would be good... but that was in June and it's already almost September now??? Very disappointed, and upset about the situation.
Never had issues in the past but this one time did it for me
They have all those fancy digital pricing signs, yet the register still rings up the wrong price? To get it fixed I have to walk all the way across the store and wait for five minutes at a different register?! Just an example of why shopping online is better...
Stocked moderately well. This is definitely a store that sees a lot of traffic so depending on the time of year & what you're looking for there is slim pickings. The clothing, shoes, and homegood items sold here are of decent quality. There is a jewelry counter, makeup section, and accessories section. Overall a decent shopping area on this side of town.
