Purchased an oversized chair several years ago. We then gave it to our son for his apartment. He then gifted it to his friend. My nephew had it next.
Couches were bigger than I though. I called to see if I could get a return they only offered an exchange. I didn't like anything else they had. They have the worst customer service to try to help anyone after spending thousands. Run away from them! I sure won't be coming here to buy anything else or letting anyone else buy here. I asked if I could exchange and get the ref back the man said no! Worst service ever!
Very affordable furniture and the sales guy Carl, was very helpful , nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely shop there in the future.
We bought a sectional on 1/29/17 and it was delivered on 2/2/17 , 8 months later in 10/2017 I had them come out to fix the recliner part on 2 of the seats. The bars were bent in causing the footrest to lean and not close properly. The guy came out and hammered it back into place. A month later SAME PROBLEM. I call BEL to have him come out again, and they tell me I have to pay a $60 fee. Why should I pay anything on top of what I paid to purchase the item for you to come fix your product. I have spoken to the store manager at Greenspoint, as Humble closed due to flooding. They will not refund my money (I am 26 days past their "9 month rule for refunds") and keep saying they will not come out until I pay the fee. This is very poor service on their part. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT buy anything from here, as apparently you get what you paid for. They offer great prices, but the furniture is less than sub par.
