I went to the location in Humble with a purpose on 11/24/17! I was looking for a living room set and more specifically a sectional couch. My mother and I walked around for a while and many of the sales reps were very nice and friendly but at the moment we were just looking. When I finally decided on the Hayes sectional Mr. Kevin Jones was available to help. Mr. Jones was very nice and helpful. The process went well and I am a satisfied customer. My furniture was delivered today 11/28/17 on time and friendly delivery guys. Thanks to all the staff at Humble Exclusive Furniture!
I had an excellent experience with Exclusive Furniture. My sales person Sergio was awesome. I walked in the door was assisted immediately. I quickly found what I was looking for at the price I wanted. Within 40 minutes, getting all the technicalities out of the way of course, I was on my way. Sergio was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He made it a great experience.
I bought three bedroom sets and a dining room set which my wife and I wanted. Once they arrived there was one dresser that had damaged on back panel. I went back to Exclusive and showed them pics of the damage and told me the warranty would cover. Some was to come tony house ad fix or replace the dresser. They never showed. I called three times and they say the same thing over and over. I’m still waiting on them to show. That the warranty they offer.
