Bought my Speed Queen Washing machine there. Great location but there is no parking lot. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Warehouse is offsite but only blocks away.
We bought a very nice dryer less than a year ago from this store. Called today to get a price for the matching washing machine. The gentleman who answered said he couldn’t look up our order and the earliest they could call me to tell me the price for the washer is in two days. This is the worst customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. We said we just want whatever matches the set and want to buy it today. We said we’d like to give them the business but can’t wait until Monday, because when your appliance breaks, clearly you want to order a new one quickly. Long story the gentleman we were talking to asked the owner working the storefront and he said, yeah I’m busy with a client I can call her in two days (Monday). Really? So busy you can’t call back today before you close or let me wait on hold? Totally bizarre. Clearly I’m regretting giving them my initial business and won’t be buying from here again.
Good service, friendly owner that is willing to explain the appliances with you. My next appliances will come from here, not the box stores.
