Friendly staff and they have a guy that fixes vacuums on the spot, I recommend it
We had a great experience with this store. After the warranty expired on our first Miele, we purchased a second Miele from them. The sales person (Jeff) was fantastic and their service reminder program is great. Would definitely recommend!
We have received perfect customer service from Manager Ryan at this store! We had a house fire and obviously needed a new vacuum and Ryan went above & beyond to help us! He was patient with our questions and gave us an excellent price on a vacuum package! At one point he even spoke with our insurance adjuster to explain why our vacuum that had smoke damage could not be used. This will be our go to Oreck store from now on!
First I want to start by saying that the sales representative at the Humble, Texas location ( Mr. Bill ) was fantastic and highly knowledgable about the Oreck products. I had purchased the latest Oreck vacuum from the Champions location, but had I known of the great service at this location I rather would of purchased the vacuum here.
