Mr Hayes, was so awesome! He spent time explain all the ins and outs of diamonds, engagement rings and wedding bands. I purchased a beautiful Simon G engagement ring and matching wedding band. Mr Hayes was extremely helpful. I knew what I wanted, but admittedly am no well versed in diamonds. He made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase.
