The first time my fiance and I went we received excellent service. However, the second time we went in to get the ring we had decided on, we were treated like our money wasn't good there. It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were there and then even longer until we were helped. Then we were told that the ring I had decided on could only go up one size and down one size so it would need to be completely remade for my size. Well, we decided we would look at the solitaire diamonds instead. The sales lady said we would need to wait for a bridal specialist to help us out. It took about about 20 minutes for a lady to help us out and then we were treated again as if we did not have the money to buy anything. She seemed disinterested in what we were looking for and was no help at all. When we finally selected the ring she was very detached. I was told I would receive a call when the ring was ready the next day for being sized, I never did. After I received the ring it did not even come in a box. He handed it to me and said good day. Never have I ever felt so disrespected. And now to add insult to injury I find out that my ring was made too small. Both times when I went there to drop off and pick up my ring no one acknowledged my existence and asked if I needed any help;. I have always had size 6 rings. So I had my ring resized, which means that had they listened to me and measured my finger correctly I could have gotten the ring I wanted originally. I will never go there again.
My husband got me my ring here. They've been so helpful when I went twice a year for cleanings! I've moved and no longer go here, but I recommend it!
This location has been so understaffed and a mess. I have made several purchases here from Tag watches to Pandora charms. Management seems to have changed completely, I suppose it went downhill since Robin had left, but I'm not sure. There is tall blue eyed manager (can't remember her name!!) who I think is pregnant is so arrogant and disinterested in helping you if you're not buying. She frustrates me and is inappropriate at times. There is no organization whatsoever. I'm very upset and disappointed, this used to be my go to place for any occasion. Now I'd rather spare myself the headache, negligence and long wait.

Christina is great! She knew exactly how to serve us and nailed the bridal set within minutes that I absolutely just love. Been here three times already and I have no complaints.
