I've always loved coming to this mall ever since I was a little kid. It's been 1 of the best movie theaters I've been to. Anytime my family & I would get the opportunity to see a movie, we'd come here almost every single time. Despite the fixes this theaters needs, I have no complaint because the people who work here never give me a hard time. I still recommend this theater & almost any other theater, too.
Came here on a Sunday to watch Thor: Ragnarok and it was the first time I came to this cinema. I have to say that I was not impressed... the movie showed on theater number 10, and when I entered the place, it was quite dirty and the chairs were very old looking and run down. It's stuff you don't notice when the lights are off but when the lights are on you see just how disgusting the seats are. All of the seats in theater 13 are completely covered with stains. And they are holding paint on with ducktape in some places.
Overall I enjoyed the “flow” of the overall theater from the ticket office, going trough the popcorn buying kiosk with the theaters on the sides and back, but the fact that the inside looked so dirty and run down really were a let down to be honest
Staff here is nice and sometimes funny. I came here last night to watch kingsman and I could here the sound from the theater next door. It was almost overpowering the sound to our movie but other than doing a sound check I don't feel like they need to change anything else. It's a decent place to watch a movie.
Worst movie theatre I've ever been to in terms of people talking during movies. I've been at least 10 times over the last few years, and most of those movies were ruined by people talking on their phones and talking loudly through the movie. Lots of kids come to the mall to hang out and then go to the movies and talk and good around in the middle of the movie.
