This place is amazing. I came home and found my 14 year old dog had gotten in the trash, had her head stuck in a bag, she was panting hard and not responding. Called them and let them know we were coming. I didn't think there was anyway she was going to make it. We showed up, they were expecting us and took her immediately to the back. They put her in critical care and 2 hours later she was sitting up and looking around. The doctor went over the paperwork for all of her levels and they kept her for the night. They called me to pick her up and the tech helped me get her to the car. They suggested a follow up appointment with her vet and from that I found out she has kidney disease. Now I can be prepared for what is to come and can make the remainder of her life the best it can be. I'll always be grateful for them saving her that night and also leading me to know she had kidney disease so I can prepare. The bill was steep but that's only because she had a lot of work done. Looking at the itemized list, all of the individual prices were completely reasonable. I have them as my emergency vet and i work in property management so I've made sure to let all of my tenants with pets know of them as a 24 hour emergency vet. Would 110% recommend to anyone reading this.

Oakley and Bailey are forever in the backyard under their favorite tree. We love them and miss them daily.

This clinic did a great job of taking care of our wounded Dachshund and were prompt, thorough, personable, friendly, reasonably priced and very caring of our dog. We were stressed because our dog's injury happened late at night but this clinic was open and prepared to take care of our dog even though it was after midnight. They stitched her up very well and provided detail instructions for her recovery. I would highly recommend this clinic to care for your pet.

We have a Dachshund named Lucy. Lucy ate a box staple. The box staple managed to get through her digestive system without incident...right up until her butthole. The staple got lodged in the anus while she was "eliminating". She was in pain and the staple could not simply be removed. We went to the emergency vet and we're pleased with everything. There was no wait at 4:50 am. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The total cost was about $350. That price included the staple removal, anesthesia, antibiotics, and pain meds. I 100% recommend this place for any emergency need.

My dog, Bailey, was violently attached by coyotes. They did everything they could to save her but the wounds were to severe. It was a hard and horrible decision to let her go but the staff handled it with grace, mercy, kindness, dignity and professionalism. We appreciate that they treated her like a family member and not just a dog. Our other dog, Oakley, was already deceased so the staff gave us matching coffin boxes to transport them to our local vet for cremation. It was one of the worst days in our family's life but the staff tried so hard to help ease us through it. We appreciated the many calls we got while Bailey was in their care. We appreciate the money credited back to our credit card because they didn't use all the money they thought they needed. We appreciate the confidentiality while going through the grieving process in their office. We appreciate that they take critical care pets. We appreciate that they explained the bill every step of the way. They were very accommodating.

Great clinic! Excellent care and they explain everything that is happening in ways that are easy to understand. My chihuahua just had a concussion thankfully but they explained what to look for if it was something more serious. However, it is extremely cold inside. I thought I was going to freeze so recommend bringing a jacket if you have to go.
