Been coming here for over 15 years, through three pets. Always kind and professional staff. Our pets have had their annuals/vaccinations, no major surgeries though. Very kind and understanding when we had to put our last to sleep. Made the transition so peaceful for him and us.
What a amazing staff who genuinely cares for and loves animals. I brought in a stray who was left infront of our house and a employee tried his best to find a home for her. They helped me out tremendously and can't say anything bad about the staff or the clinic. I can't say thank y'all enough.
Emily and Dr. Ramos were so kind. They treated my pet like one of their own & made me feel like family. Great place, compassionate people. They made my boys feel calm. The prices are reasonable. The medicine they gave me and treatment they gave my dog where exactly what was needed. I'll be very happy to bring my pets back here again and again. If they accepted PayPal, Venmo, Android pay, or Google payments, or other digital payments it would be a 5
Totally out to get your money. I made an appointment specifically for them to give me a quote for fixing cherry eye. I go in and they can't tell me how much it will cost due to him being a puppy and he may weigh more when I bring him in for the surgery. They also want $300 to fix him the same time they fix his eye so I don't have to put him under more than once. I left paying $50 for an "exam", they put him on a scale. Left without a clue of how much it would cost to fix the cherry eye, the sole purpose of my booking the appointment.
I took my dog in because he got bit by a snake. He didn’t make it and it was such a devestating time for us but they was nice and thoughtful the whole time. You’ll never know how much that means to me. My dog was like my child and they understood that and did everything they could to help him. I called my local vet Banfield, that I pay monthly for, but they said that they have no appointments available and bring him in tomorrow. Atascazoo understood how urgent this was and saw him right away. The whole staff was amazing and I’m grateful how they treated my pet and I. After he passed away they sent me a card saying sorry and they also gave me his paw print.
