We've been going to this vet for 6 years, bought the plans, etc. Then a couple of weeks ago when our dog was injured on a Saturday morning, they said they were "too busy to see him," but could make an appointment for Monday. Since I didn't want to leave him hurt all weekend I found another vet - also busy on a Saturday morning, but who saw him, took xrays and got him medicine. I emailed Dr. Bryant, thinking perhaps this was just a mistake on the part of his staff. Instead I get an email from his wife, blaming me for not calling it in as an emergency on Friday night, giving me a sob story about how hard they work, and then proceeds to tell me she's cancelled our plan and we owe them $181, due in 14 days or they'll send it to collections. Two stars because we liked Dr. Bryant, but the way this was handled means we have a new vet.

I've been taking my yorkie here for nearly 4 years and Dr. Bryant is great! I recommend him to anyone looking for a good veterinarian in the area. You won't be disappointed!

was passed around and put on hold for 45 minutes, simply trying to make an appointment. Eventually gave up, will go with my regular vet. I'd rather pay extra and be in place where it doesn't feel like chaos.

Dr. Bryant is very friendly but his front staff needs a lesson on professionalism and so does the office manager, Amanda Bryant. It's a shame that Amanda let go of the groomer who I thought did a fantastic job. I will not get into specifics but Amanda you should have some respect for other people's belongings, especially when it comes to your employees.

Clearly theyre cheap for a reason.

We picked up our dog French Bulldog Patrick from your clinic and were horrified. The dog was in extremely poor condition after one week since we dropped him off. He stayed in the clinic-boarding kennel for a week as he has some problems with his eyes and needed every day medication. Upon picking him up from your clinic he had become extremely skinny, his harness became too large for him. But the main issue that we have is his eyes. He had a thick, one-inch layer, of gunk around his eyes. Isn’t it common sense, and a clinic practice that is boarding a dog to administer medication for the eyes to clean dog’s eyes that undergoing aggressive treatment. He could barely open his eyes; we are surprised that he didn’t get infection in them from the poor boarding of your clinic. We got charged extra for food and for putting medication into his eyes and got our dog back in extremely horrifying condition as if he was at a concentration camp. We were Dr. Bryant clients for many, many years, even after we moved to downtown Houston, we still would take our dogs all the way to Atascocita, but the way our dog was treated left us speechless. After 3 weeks of unsuccessful treatment of our dogs eyes we’ve been told to keep giving bunch of medication into his eyes. Three weeks ago he just had little round cloudy spot on one of his eyes. His eyes are now following your clinics poor handling of our pet, nothing but a bloody mess. We are not even sure if he will be able to see. Now we are going to spend who knows how much just to undo that harm from the medication. After first week it was clear that something doesn’t work right and his eyes look like after getting some sort of chemical burn. But of course we trusted Doctor Bryant and kept giving all the prescribed medicines. Now we pretty much end up with disabled dog on our hands. We expected that our pet during the boarding time would be in better hands with your staff while we were out of town on vacation to properly administered the prescribed medication from your clinic, but this was not the case.
