So I toom my first dog last week they did good. I took my other dog today and theg charged extra and I told them not to cut my dogs nails they cut them anyway.... not happy at all I got in trouble for their mistake.
My great Granddaughter has 2 exotic fish and this is where we get every thing they need?the staff is friendly and informative, they also encourage kid's to come often to see the many cat's,bird's,dogs,and reptiles,kid's love it.
This review is about an employee by the name of Brandon....I took my 11 year old daughter here today to find a hamster...Brandon unlocked the cage and before he opened it, he took the time to explain their temperament, what it takes to be a responsible hamster owner and let her know they sometimes bite and to be prepared for that. Unfortunately the first ones all wanted nothing to do with her, and the one she finally scooped up wound up nibbling her finger, so he took her around to the smaller dwarf hamsters. Again, before opening the cage he took the time to tell her that these guys are FAST and may try to run away....and sure enough, as soon as I grabbed one for her it tried to jump ship and she lost interest so he told her about RATS. Yup, I was "this" close to buying my daughter a RAT based on Brandon's knowledge and explanation on what a good pet they can be (and the fact that my daughter fell in love with one of them)....but I just couldn't do it. Lol
The point is, the customer service here is AMAZING - we didn't feel rushed or pressured or lost in any way. Not sure if this is a temporary gig for this guy Brandon, but he is absolutely an asset to their store and I hope management knows that! (Yes, I will also make a phone call to them....) THANK YOU PETSMART for hiring people who truly have a passion for animals....although we did not wind up purchasing a hamster (or rat!), we had a wonderful experience at your store today.
Experience was great! I took in my coupon for a free bag of dog food. The service is very fast and very friendly.
Needed help finding a certain kind of food that wasn't out on shelves. The associate went to the back twice to find the size that I wanted but because they didn't have the size (and a bag of it is $85.00 and it's more cost effective) she offered smaller bag and coupon for some off even though she didn't have to. Not the first time they have done it for me and I am thankful every time. The other reason I go here is the buy a bag give a meal I love it.
